“Blue Sky Award is something we created last year, it s a program designed to help highlight up-and-coming companies here in Canada- those innovative software and other technology organizations who are creating new and interesting solutions for customers/end users. Really, it is a way to help put Canada on the map as a place where great software innovation takes place.” Mark says
“Sitemasher entered the Blue Sky Award to get validation from Microsoft and to be associated with the Microsoft brand, to help brings us successes. The Blue Sky Award has been great for Sitemasher; it has given us the recognition that we are a solution that businesses can really use. As well as, it gives us the brand association with Microsoft for our worldwide sales.” Ron says
“The Blue Sky Award has a lot of benefits for the winner. Probably first and foremost, is the direct engagement plan that you build with Microsoft. And it’s not really just about the technology; we do provide access to technical support resources, as well as software. But it goes beyond that, we help with the sales and marketing program plan. And we give direct connection to the winner to our headquarters and product teams in Redmond, Washington. We provide you an ongoing relationship with our emerging business team here in Canada. And most importantly, is probably the PR and the other focus that gets put on the winner just to help get your name out there and accelerate your business plan, maybe at a pace that you wouldn’t be able to do on your own.” Mark says
